Book Group

An example of some of our favorite books are the following: The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks by Rebecca Skloot; Over the Edge of the World by Laurence Bergreen; The Heart is a Lonely Hunter by Carson McCullers; The Warmth of Other Suns by Isabel Wilkerson; Destiny of the Republic by Candice Millard; and, The Angel Makers by Jessica Gregson. The group meets during the week in the evening with the night of the week varying depending on everyone's schedule. Our discussions last about 90 minutes and have been very rich and enlightening.
